Vortex started with a simple observation in September 2024: players need gear that performs as intensely as they do, but that also looks the part after hours of play. We saw the gap between technical performance and perceived value.
So we started visiting courts—from Karachi to Lahore, Dubai to local clubs—testing prototypes, collecting raw feedback, and placing our first kiosks. We didn't just launch a product; we started a conversation. Every sweat-absorbent overgrip, every durable racket protector, and every can of Vortex Velocity balls has been shaped by the players who use them.
