1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

Below PKR 9,000	PKR 300 (Standard Shipping)
PKR 9,000 and above	FREE Shipping

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Other cities & towns	4–7 business days
Remote areas	7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

5. Tracking Information

All orders are shipped via TRAX Courier. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Product Handling & Restrictions

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Racket protectors and accessories are packed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

7. Delays & Issues

Vortex Official is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Leopards Courier on your behalf.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
